Important: mas4da reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or to close any account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect violation of these eligibility requirements, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
To use mas4da services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility, and you will be liable for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested using your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mas4da customer support immediately.
mas4da reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a clear scan or photo of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) if required. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 days) may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
mas4da accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (for major banks) or as specified for each payment method.
Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited instantly during banking hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM WIB for major banks). Deposits made outside banking hours or via secondary banks may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly 24/7. If your deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction receipt.
mas4da does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees on their end. It is your responsibility to check with your financial institution regarding any applicable fees. Deposited funds must be used for betting on mas4da services. Accounts used solely for money transfer or currency exchange without genuine betting activity will be closed.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
mas4da offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These bonus-specific terms are provided on the promotional page for each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires you to place Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%) or be excluded entirely. Check the bonus terms for each promotion for specific contribution rates.
Bonus Abuse: mas4da strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette simultaneously), or any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers without genuine betting intent. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be closed, and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method. mas4da reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bonus at our sole discretion if we suspect abuse or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria for a specific promotion.
All bets placed on mas4da are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). mas4da reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, affected bets will be voided, and stakes will be refunded to your account balance.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league. Settlement times vary by sport and market—most bets are settled within minutes of the event conclusion, but some exotic markets or disputed outcomes may take longer. If an event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is resumed and completed within 48 hours.
Casino Games: All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout over millions of rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly due to variance.
Lottery / Togel: All togel (lottery) results are based on official draw results from the respective lottery organizations (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, etc.). mas4da does not control or influence lottery outcomes. Bets are settled based on the official published results, and disputes must be verified against official sources.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mas4da platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

mas4da provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, secure, and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, that it will be free from technical issues, or that all game results will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mas4da disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
mas4da shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to betting losses (gambling involves risk, and losses are an inherent part of betting), technical malfunctions or downtime, errors in odds or game results (which will be corrected and bets voided if necessary), unauthorized access to your account due to failure to secure your credentials, or any other loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
In the event that mas4da is found liable for any claim, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mas4da is licensed. Any disputes arising from your use of mas4da services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or mediation as per the dispute resolution procedures established by our licensing authority. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against mas4da.
You may close your mas4da account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements are completed or forfeited) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
mas4da reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any prohibited behavior. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited and the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
